I've noticed the higher the level of the poke you have, the more money you make for defeating the same pokemon.

I.E your happiny gym, at lvl 23 I make $24 and at lvl 24 I make $27. Idk if that's necessarily an error or if it's planned but if so it seems to me it'd make people with high level pokemon extremely rich really quick by battling lvl 5 pokemon.

I think that it's planned. Motivation to train. THe people with high levels still started off at level 5, no?

I think I gain 3400 per battle.

Hmm i guess so but that's HUGE motivation... almost tilting so much favor to the players who trained on the old map that its not fair to the new guys... but not for me to say lol just thought it may be an error or a miscalculation.

The old maps were difficult, especially considering the fact that it was quite a rare chance to even get a battle. After that, it was also difficult to win. My DarkLuxray got OHKO'd by everything. Totodile, Sunflora, etc. We did not have much of an advantage. In fact, the new battle system is indeed much easier.

We were all new at one point. You build your way to the top. :)

Well, my guy fainted on everything. The battle script was messed up in general.

Point is, I get 200k exp per battle now. In v1, I got 200k exp per battle as well, but it was hard to even get a battle. It's MUCH easier this way. You can just train train train without the whole luck factor. I get more exp per click, and more money per click. It's much, much, MUCH easier on V2.

Good catch. This isn't how it was originally intended. I'll fix it.

"You gained $0!"
Edit: Are you guys messing about with the money scripts? I was earning a steady 3.2k then went down to 0 and now has jumped up to 5.5k :s

Bite doesn't do damage (when enemies use it, I'm not sure on when I use it).
No matter what type, when Clair's Gyarados uses Bite, it says Not Very Effecitive, and it does 0 damage
